Christina is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. With the market needing quick responses when something becomes available that is wanted, quick response is the most important thing! She let me know of a home that she thought I would like, we looked at it that afternoon and we were under contract the next evening! She is a great negotiator and made sure all of the documents needed were completed correctly and submitted timely. She is honest and made sure I knew all of my options and understood everything during the purchasing process. I have recommended her to others for real estate needs, and will continue to do so. She is awesome! She is definitely a 10 star realtor and person!

Christina was a life saver! My family really need to sell my aunts house and Christina got it done in less than 2 weeks. She helped us with EVERY detail. Christina helped me purchase a short sale home. It was unbelievable but she was able to negotiate with the lender to get a quick close once they accepted my offer. I had a very set move-in schedule and somehow this wonderful lady made it all happen. Christina knows her stuff and is a great lady to work with. I highly recommend her services.

I'm so glad that Christina was my Realtor for helping me through the process of finding my first house. I was completely new to the whole experience so it was wonderful having someone that knew all the ins and outs of everything. Christina answered all the questions I had and then some. She found wonderful choices all within my price range and when it came down to making a decision, she pointed out all the good & bad things that I mentioned about each place. Christina truly had my best interest in mind while talking me through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the end result! Sold a home in 2008.
Christina sold a house for me in July of 2008. The housing market at the time was not doing well. I carried the loan on the house but before selling it to the present owners I rented it to them. Christina drew up all the paperwork for the rental portion and then for the mortgage. It wasn't an easy transaction, but Christina handled everything from beginning to end. She made it all seem so effortless. She worked extremely hard on this. I am now looking to buy another house and she is always there when I need her. She is very knowledgeable and tremendously helpful.

Christina went way beyond normal expectations to help me buy my property. She worked, literally, night and day, to be sure my bid got in first. I'm sure her ability to negotiate resulted in the seller taking less than the offer price. After the offer was accepted, she did not slack off. She made sure the closing was not delayed. She even drove paperwork to Greeley (60 miles round trip) to make sure the closing would take place on time. Christina grew up in this area and is a horsewoman from childhood, so she has special expertise in horse properties. Whether you chose her to find you a property or sell your home, you will be glad you hired Christina.

I met Christina when I hired her to sell my previous residence in Brighton and help me find a new home. Even though the real estate market had started its decline in the summer of 2006, Christina sold my house in three months. I found her to be attentive to detail, timely in managing the plethora of demands in helping me first of all find a new house and then make the complex transition. Above all I found her to be trustworthy and unwilling in any circumstance to compromise with others attempts at shady practices. Since my initial experience with Christina, I have continued to observe this commitment to integrity which is why I continue to count her as a friend.
